Background
Dpixel needed a website that clearly explains its role as a practical technology consulting company for local SMBs in Metro Vancouver. The site had to communicate AI consulting, automation, modern websites, Shopify, SEO / GEO, and digital strategy without sounding like an overhyped AI product.
What we built
The project created an English and Traditional Chinese site structure with service pages, Blog and Resources sections, a Case Studies section, an AI Business Assessment, a clear contact path, local SMB-focused positioning, and bilingual navigation.
SEO / GEO technical foundation
The site was structured with canonical URLs, hreflang and locale patterns, Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata, meta descriptions, sitemap and robots.txt support, ProfessionalService schema, FAQPage schema where appropriate, and search engine readiness for Google and Bing. Analytics integration points such as GA4, GTM, and Microsoft Clarity were also prepared.
Content strategy
Blog topics were planned around real SMB pain points, while Resources and checklists support decisions around AI readiness, workflow automation, and enquiry follow-up. The content structure is people-first, avoids AI hype, and focuses on business problems before tools.
Performance and quality review
After build, the site was reviewed with PageSpeed and Lighthouse-style checks to confirm that the technical foundation, page structure, accessibility basics, and static export path were working as intended. Scores can vary by device, network, and test timing.
Result
The project created a reusable foundation for Dpixel: a clear bilingual consulting website, stronger trust signal, scalable content structure, SEO / GEO-ready technical base, and a practical example of Dpixel's own website process.
